Architecture for children, youth and adults - workshops, books, courses, and education

WORKSHOP / Build, draw and learn – with tape

Build, draw and learn – with tape is a workshop where you build a mini pavilion in tape, using inspiration from the pavilion in the Serpentine Sackler- gallery in London. This pavilion is by the architect Zaha Hadid.

Maybe you have seen a pavilion in a park or maybe you have been to a party in a garden pavilion? Pavilions can be made from many different materials, and have different purposes. Some pavilions are for temporary use – like a party pavilion in a garden. Others are more permanent like a tea pavilions or a small exhibition pavilion in a park.

Some pavilions are built in wood others in steel, iron or canvas. With present day technology is also possible to build soft, organic pavilions – which we are about to try.

My Little Architect supplies all materials and tools and you can bring home your model after the workshop.
